Power IC market falls 24% in 2009
The power semiconductor market fell 24 percent in 2009, reaching $10.1 billion last year, according to IMS Research. Power modules dropped by 26 percent and discrete semiconductors declined by 24 percent over 2008. The decline is the largest since 2001, according to the market research firm. »
