Digi-Key to host lighting, system design symposium
Thief River Falls, Minn. — Electronic components distributor Digi-Key Corporation, in partnership with EE|Times Group, will host a virtual conference, “Digi-Key Symposium: Lighting and System Design,” on Thursday, August 26, 2010. The symposium will cover several topics ranging from lighting technologies to procurement issues. There also will be a session on solving your real-world lighting issues.
Industry experts will provide information regarding lighting and system design during this virtual conference, aimed at engineering students, professors, hobbyists, professional design engineers, and procurement specialists. Attendees will have the option to participate in a series of scheduled chat sessions to complement the technical program.
During the event, attendees will be able to view technical solutions from event sponsors including Cree, NXP, Osram, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments, Diodes Inc., Microchip Technology, and Tyco Electronics.
The Content Pavilion will support the technical program with content and resources from TechInsights and event sponsors.
